PRODUCER OF EVERYTHING: Megan has developed work for stages and screens of all sizes, books, graphic novels, digital, mobile, and, well, everything.
As Chief Creative Officer and Founder of multiu-media production company POE GLOBAL, Megan oversees the development of commercial entertainment properties, and consults with individuals and brands to develop stories that are entertaining and impactful.
Notable projects including NATASHA, PIERRE, AND THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 (Co-Producer/Tony Nomination). She is Executive Producer of THE SUBJECT, a feature film by Chisa Hutchinson, directed by Lanie Zipoy, starring Jason Biggs and Aunjanue Ellis, and ADAM MANN (NOT HIS REAL NAME) a new play by Marin Gazzaniga based on Caught in the Pulpit: Leaving Belief Behind by Daniel C. Dennett and Linda LaScola, in development with The Civilians. She is the lead Producer of the Broadway-bound PARTICLE FEVER (in development: book and lyrics by David Henry Hwang, music by Bear McCreary), and NEVER BETTER (in development: book, music, and lyrics by Preston M. Allen).
She is also the Creative Producer of Blue Man Group’s first book, Blue Man World, published by Blackdog and Leventhal, October 2016, and has brought financing to FUN HOME (Tony Award), HAND TO GOD (Tony nomination), and Mat Franco: Magic Reinvented Nightly in Las Vegas.
Megan has worked with Blue Man Group, Ensemble Studio Theater, Richard Frankel Productions, Target Margin Theater Company, Diverse City Theater Company, and Kiki and Herb. She was the General Manager and Lead Producer of the Legitimate Theater Company, producing and starring in the smash hit Twelfth Night: The Drinking Game, featured here in the New York Times.
Megan is the former Director of Operations of Science House, where she curated nearly 50 public events per year for scientists, investors, futurists, and deep thinkers.
While still in college, Megan was a production assistant on Kiki and Herb’s Obie-Award winning JESUS WEPT and the accompanying Christmas Album DO YOU HEAR WHAT WE HEAR? Featuring Debbie Harry, Molly Ringwald, Isaac Mizraahi, and more amazing people.
Megan accidentally produced the 28th Annual Marathon of One-Act Plays at Ensemble Studio Theater, featuring 88 artists and premiers by David Ives, David Mamet, Stephen Adley Guirgis, and more . . . while technically still an intern.
Megan's home was once called a "stress reducing Zen paradise" by Well and Good magazine.
Megan was once a singing costumed performer at a casino in Macau. That’s all we’re going to say about that.
