Founder Megan Kingery brings stories into being from nothing. We create film, theater, immersive, books, graphic novels, and well . . . everything.

Megan’s origin story is both labyrinthine and intentional. At the age of 4, she was an aspiring concert violinist, and she pursued that with steely determination until high school when her passion for theater supplanted her music career ambitions. Post high school, she studied performance at NYU where her interest in acting waned while her interest and aptitude for producing blossomed. While in college, Megan ended up working with many guerrilla theater companies, one even profiled by The New York Times.

Megan has worked and had success in a variety of theatrical and immersive experience mediums. She was the producer on Chisa Hutchinson’s award-winning indie film The Subject. Megan was the producer on Reading Rainbow Live, a live-streaming experience based on Reading Rainbow. And she was the experiential producer for the award-winning “In Her Shoes” campaign. Megan has also brought financing to multiple Broadway productions, including Natasha, Pierre, And The Great Comet Of 1812, Grey House, Fun Home, and Hand To God.

She was the conceiver and creative producer of the first-ever Blue Man Group book, Blue Man World.  Megan has even collaborated with world-renowned philosopher Daniel Dennett and qualitative researcher Linda LaScola as the Executive Producer to adapt their groundbreaking book, Caught in the Pulpit: Leaving Belief Behind, into a play.

Today, Megan lead-produces large-scale and original stage and film productions while juggling a full schedule of coaching clients; and she remains full of gratitude. “I get to work with fun people who have integrity. Many are creatives at the highest level, and they come to me for guidance,” she says.

“This work isn’t a hustle—it’s being of service, and it feels incredible.”

Megan Kingery is an unapologetic contrarian. The Brooklyn-based producer, entrepreneur, and producer’s coach holds fast to punk rock anti-authoritarian ethos, yet she’s a certified loving kindness meditation instructor. She’s a Tony-nominated producer who advises big name stars and rising upstart producers, yet her career choices are wildly non-linear.

As the head honcho of  POE Global (Producers of Everything), a full-scale production company that also provides coaching to a variety of creatives, mid-career producers, and creative entrepreneurs, Megan’s nonconformist methods have proven lucrative and transformative.

“The prevailing wisdom is ‘pick a lane and stay in it,’ but I didn’t want to do that,” Megan says laughing. “I don’t want limits—I choose everything!”
